Preserving the Heart
We believe that the true magic of a story lies in its soul. Our philosophy centers on the idea that animal illustrations serve as a gentle bridge, opening the door to the original classics while preserving the heart and identity of the characters.
- Original character names and identities are retained, while language and scenes are adapted to be age-appropriate. Read together at six. Grow into independent reading at seven and eight. We preserve essential endings as well as relationships and conflicts so that the heart of each story remains intact.
